Ryan Wilson: Realtor ®
Ryan Wilson is the owner and CEO of the Wilson Group. Running his own real estate team is the culmination of a dream that began during childhood, when a new housing development went up in his neighborhood. Watching the construction process and the happy new owners finally move in made him realize that he wanted to help others find that same level of joy in a home of their own.
In addition to dedicating his career to the Wilson Group, Ryan is President of Alex’s Team Foundation, a local charity that supports the fight to cure childhood cancer. He also coaches the men’s soccer team at Brandeis University. Though Ryan is always on the go, he keeps his phone charged and ready to connect with clients whenever they need him. He recharges his own batteries by traveling with his wife and enjoying a good steak dinner.
Mian LaVallee: Realtor ®
Mian LaVallee is a Seller’s and Buyer’s Agent who lives by her own version of the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have done to you, but better. That’s why she answers emails with lightning speed and goes the extra mile to remember everything from her clients’ kids’ birthdays to their favorite architectural styles. She’s also quick to offer a recommendation on anything you need, from the best grocery store in the neighborhood to the perfect martini recipe.
Mian has a nose for the finer things in life, including wine in all its varietals. She can also sniff out the real estate market before anyone else: If you call her about a listing that just popped up online, don’t be surprised to find out that she saw it while you were still sleeping and already sent you an email about it. When she’s not hard at work, Mian loves to throw parties and spend time with her three children.
Patrick Hopkins is a Buyer’s Agent with a special knack for helping clients work through the emotional aspects of searching for a home. Patrick and his wife bought a fixer-upper for their first home, and he’s enjoyed doing many of the renovations himself and learning a lot in the process. This experience gives him the real estate world’s version of X-ray vision: He sees the potential hidden in each home he shows, and he helps clients look past the paint and paper to the architectural bones beneath.
In addition to his day job, Patrick is committed to lifelong learning. A highlight of his ongoing quest for personal development is the annual Keller Williams convention, where he relishes the opportunity to take specialized real estate classes and meet agents from around the country. He now knows so many talented agents that he can point clients in the right direction for a successful move, even if they’re leaving Pats Nation.
In his spare time you can find him at his CrossFit gym, home cooking meals with his wife, and spending time with family.
Shannon Kraft: Transaction Manager
Shannon Kraft is the Transaction Manager of the Wilson Group, and her attention to detail and ability to multi-task serve her well in this role. On any given day, you can find her ricocheting from one deal to another while juggling her children’s baseball games and dance lessons — with nary a dropped ball in sight. Shannon is the glue that binds the team together by making sure that both buyers and sellers have a smooth experience with all the finer points of a real estate deal.
Shannon is an excellent listener who brings a natural compassion and warmth to all that she does. When not working to support clients and the other members of the team at the Wilson Group, she’s busy decorating for the next holiday or planning to make family memories on a hiking, swimming, or camping trip. She values her relationships and hopes to share her good fortune by working with foster children in the future.
